fairlife Nutrition Plan, Core Power and Core Power Elite share a manufacturer, but each is a separate buying decision. The useful comparison begins with the exact line and bottle size. This guide uses Chocolate manufacturer labels checked October 13, 2026 and separates nutrition evidence from unresolved Amazon listing identity.
Start with the bottle you will actually buy
Nutrition Plan Chocolate provides 30 grams of protein and 150 calories in an 11.5-fluid-ounce bottle. Core Power Chocolate 26g supplies 26 grams and 170 calories in 14 ounces. Elite Chocolate supplies 42 grams and 230 calories in 14 ounces.
Nutrition Plan therefore offers more labeled protein than Core Power 26g in less liquid. Elite provides the most protein per bottle among these three. Those statements describe size and quantity; they do not establish a universal best choice or a superior recovery result.
Compare like quantities when looking at calories
Nutrition Plan works out to 20 grams of protein per 100 calories, compared with approximately 15.29 for Core Power 26g and 18.26 for Elite Chocolate. These calculations help reveal the relationship between the protein and calorie figures printed on each label.
Keep the whole-serving values visible beside them. A smaller drink and a larger drink can serve different practical preferences even when one has a higher protein-to-calorie ratio. No normalized calculation can tell you whether you will prefer a particular texture or flavor.
The shared milk story does not erase formula details
fairlife says both product families use ultra-filtered milk without added protein powders or concentrates. It also describes them as lactose-free. They still contain milk proteins, so these are dairy choices, not substitutes for a dairy-free product or a milk-allergy-safe claim.
For the reviewed Chocolate variants, the labels list several sweeteners, including monk fruit, stevia, acesulfame potassium and sucralose. Nutrition Plan’s smaller bottle should not be mistaken for a simpler ingredient list merely because its calorie number is lower.
Treat sugar and Amazon availability carefully
Nutrition Plan Chocolate’s reviewed label lists 2 grams of sugar. Core Power Chocolate 26g has inconsistent manufacturer information: the brand page reports 5 grams while the shop reports 7. We retain that conflict instead of turning it into a definitive sugar ranking.
The research found Nutrition Plan Amazon candidates with reseller or bundle ambiguity. That is a commerce identity issue, not evidence that the product is discontinued. Before comparing value, check the exact bottle size, flavor, count and seller, and distinguish a manufacturer case from a bundle containing unrelated extras.
For an equal-protein cost comparison, divide the actual pack total by container count times protein grams, then multiply by 25. Use the same treatment of shipping and discounts for every pack. This guide does not freeze a live price or declare a cheapest option.
